Review of 'Stickling's' Muesli Bagels

Stickling's -- Muesli Bagels (vegan)
Overall Rating: 4.5/5
Summary: Stickling's goods are delicious and the ingredients are organic and wholesome. The flavours worked really well, I think particularly because of the sunflower seeds and raisins. It was lightly sweet but neutral enough to make it versatile. The nutritional profile is fantastic (high protein and fiber, no sugar added, and low-cal and low-sodium).

Look, look! Look how good for you this is! 8g protein and 7g fiber is *so* good and this plain! Imagine if you slapped some peanut butter or almond butter on this sucker? This would be a breakfast for champions! I normally have my bagel with either an avocado spread (e.g. avocado blended with honey or plain blended avocado) or almond butter and man oh man is it good.

The flavour is really nice because it goes well with almost anything I can think of even though it has that gentle sweetness. The texture is nice...it has some oat flakes for garnish and the bagel itself was fresh. I did find it slightly tougher (when slicing) than I would like.

I'd definitely buy this bagel again!
