Summary: K, these are deeeeelish! They're so very sweet (which is number 1 for me!) and the sunflower seed flavours really pack a punch. The bar is super chewy and crispy, making for really nice texture. It's also pretty filling!

I can't gush enough about these bars. The ingredients are super wholesome (would you really expect less from Nature's Path???) and the nutritional profile is great! It's a low-cal snack, has good fats, and a decent amount of protein and fiber (considering it's just a snack bar and not an energy/protein bar). 

The best part: the sunflower flavour (sunflower oil *and* sunflower seeds). It's definitely one of my favourite flavours. I would definitely recommend this bar! I wouldn't buy it again myself, simply because I tend to opt for high-protein post-workout energy bars. Also, I'm a Chocoholic so I'd prefer a bar with some chocolate component!

Give these to your kids to take to school instead of the alternatives out there. I know these may be more expensive, but do what I do, and stock up when they're on sale. Check out the Bulk Barn for sales!
