Overall Rating: 3.5/5
Summary: this cereal is lightly sweetened, has a very unique crisp to the flakes, and has wonderful maple-flavoured walnut clusters. The maple and walnut flavour is very present and was tasty. I actually was expecting a sweeter cereal, so was kinda disappointed to find that it's more of a medium level of sweetness.

Good ingredients and good nutrition! Although it doesn't quite compare to Nature's Path cereals in terms of protein and fiber, it's a nice change from the last cereal I had (Nature's Path Optimum Power, Blueberry Cinnamon Flax -- reviewed here), which was a huge box! It has a good amount of protein, but the 3g fiber wasn't quite enough for me. The calories are decent for 1 cup and there's 0 cholesterol and 0 saturated fat, which is great!
I really liked just how fresh and crispy this cereal was! The crunch factor is bang on, just as the label suggests. It's great as a dry snack as well and I can probably get creative with baking with this as well! It would be great as a topping or in a fruit crisp.
Because I'm obsessed with high protein and fiber in my morning cereal, I probably wouldn't buy this again. But for those who don't worry too much about those factors, I would recommend this cereal!
