Review of 'Nature's Path' Love Crunch Aloha Blend Granola

Nature's Path -- Love Crunch Aloha Blend Granola
Overall Rating: 4/5
Summary: my all-time favourite brand does not disappoint! This was so yummy! It was just perfectly sweet thanks to the chocolate and pineapple bits (it's not often that I get to indulge in MILK chocolate...prolly the first time in years). It was fresh and crunchy and nicely textured. I deducted points for the sometimes sour bits of pineapple and the high calorie-to-fiber and protein ratio.

So as this is a Nature's Path product, the ingredients are divine so no worries there. The nutritional profile is okay...I hoped for more protein and fiber since the cals were so high (maybe minimum 6g protein would have been good), but man is it delicious :)

The flavour was tropical, with toasted coconut, white chocolate, and pineapple. The website says "Imagine a crunchy pina colada for breakfast!"...bang on, people. I had this with Vitasoy unsweetened soy milk, which I find to be the creamiest soy milk that I have tried thus far. It was bomb! I also had it dry and of course the flavours are different with and without milk, both equally tasty both ways.

It actually had a nice portion of white chocolate...no skimping going on here. I liked that they didn't use tough, dried pineapple and instead used moister, juicier bits. It made for great texture complemented by the crunchy granola.

I would definitely buy this again...because how often do I get to indulge in MILK chocolate from a trusted Brand?
