Review of 'Mary's Gone Crackers' Herb Crackers

Mary's Gone Crackers -- Herb Crackers (vegan)
Overall Rating: 4/5
Summary: wow, these are insanely fresh and crispy, just like every product I've tried by Mary's Gone Crackers. I found that these crackers have a faint bitterish, smokey taste and I think this would really complement cheese or a bruschetta mix. The texture is complex, with sesame and flax seeds throughout. You can have a lot of fun with toppings with these crackers and I'd buy them again if I were entertaining.

Where to buy: Fortinos, Costco, US store locator

Ingredients: organic short grain brown rice, organic whole quinoa, organic brown flax seeds, organic brown sesame seeds, filtered water, organic garlic, organic herbs, sea salt, organic wheat-free tamari (water, whole organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol).

Everything about these crackers is clean and wholesome! The ingredients are organic and provide healthy fats, low saturated fat, and a nice serving of protein and fiber. Add in some bruschetta mix, and you're looking at a really yummy and nutritious snack.

These crackers are really fun if you're entertaining and the topping possibilities are endless. The bitterish taste means that cheeses in particular would be a realllly delicious pairing. I'd definitely buy these again if I were entertaining and wanted to get creative (maybe for Christmas!), but I'm not a big consumer of crackers on a regular basis.
