Review of 'Yarl Foods' Cashew Crunch

Yarl Foods -- Cashew Crunch (vegan)
Overall Rating:4.5/5
Summary: It looks like it's gonna be a crumbly, crunchy mess, but it's a soft bite through to the other side. It's chewy and actually kinda gets stuck on my teeth. The nuts are crunchy and fresh and it has a medium sweetness that tastes very light and healthy.

Where to buy: Oceans (Shopper's World)

Ingredients: cashews, brown sugar, malt, water.

These ingredients are fine by me -- nothing to worry about here. Sure, it's a small bar for 110 calories, but again, these mini snacks are basically a sweet treat. And it's probably one of the better ones out there because the ingredients are clean and simple. It has a nice dose of your healthy 'cashew' fats and 3g of protein. I'd definitely recommend this.

If you're not a fussy eater, the stickiness on your teeth won't bother you...just flex those tongue muscles and tidy yourself up. I'm looking forward to going to Ocean's again so that I can pick up the rest of the flavours.
