Overall Rating: 4/5
Summary: very crunchy and fresh on it's own...nicely tenderized when left in your milk for a few minutes (if you're into slightly soggy cereal, like myself). I'm a huge fan of this subtle cereal -- it's very, very lightly sweetened with cane juice, so that means you really get the flavours of the wholesome grains. Like every Nature's Path product I've tried so far, the ingredients and nutritional profile is unbeatable. I'd definitely buy this again.

No one can say anything negative about those ingredients. If you're having this for breakfast, you're set! No need to worry about cholesterol, added sugars, or fat at all. In fact, the nutritional profile gives you a great morning boost, with 6g of protein and EIGHT grams of fiber...that's awesome. Added to your milk, you'll end up getting about 10g of protein.
This is definitely a grown-up cereal :P ...and I love it! No crazy colours and animals on the box, no super sweetness, and no 'fun' cereal shapes. Good luck getting your kids to eat this one heheheh. You could, however, add some fun foods to the cereal to make it more appetizing...maybe your child's favourite fruit or even a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. It's worth it to spruce this cereal up for your little ones because it's so very wholesome.
It's not what I traditionally opt for (sweet cereals), but I just really enjoy the flavour of the grains. The raisins weren't over-populating the cereal and gave nice pockets of sweetness. They were chewy and not too dry, but I would have liked their jucier and moister.
