Review of 'Veggie Patch' Falafel Chickpea Balls

Veggie Patch -- Falafel Chickpea Balls (vegan)
Overall Rating: 4.5/5
Summary: these falafel balls are very, very nicely spiced, but had a wee bit too much salt for me. They were slightly crisp on the outside and soft and tender on the inside after sitting in the oven for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees. They were just delicious and packed with flavour. They were actually almost creamy because of the moistness --no dryness whatsoever.

Veggie Patch products are all GMO-free, so these ingredients are pretty great. These falafel balls are a great source of protein, they're low-calorie, and low in saturated fat. The sodium is average, but add a pita and slap on some condiments, and you might have a problem. I'm pleased to see a healthy 5g of fiber!
