Summary: it's smooth, thick, creamy, and has a very subtle hint of coconut. It's only very lightly sweetened, so it's perfect for sweet cereals. This smell...it`s really nice--a sweet coconutty, cakey scent that I wish I could bottle. And, I actually enjoy it as a stand-alone drink!  It would be really refreshing with cookies...cookies and coconut milk..mmm!

I highly recommend this brand, particularly because of the clean ingredients. There's nothing artificial and no GMOs and the nutritional profile is good. It's low-calorie, has no cholesterol, no sodium (awesome), and 2g of fibre (pretty high for a non-soy-based beverage.
