Summary: god bless So Delicious. The chocolate-almond shell was super duper sweet and balanced a simple agave-sweetened 'ice cream' filling. The crunchiness of the almonds on the shell made for *the* perfect texture. The best part was the coconut milk flavour that was so very present. This is officially one of my favourite dessert snacks AND it's one of the healthier dessert options available!

Look, look! -- only 10g of sugar (agave and beet sugar). Sweeeeeet!

I was so (delightfully) surprised at how sweet the chocolate shell was and I can't tell you how perfect the texture was because of the added almond pieces. It was super crunchy and combined with the very apparent coconut milk flavour, this was close to perfection. The only thing I would have changed was a sweeter/more flavourful 'ice cream' filling...like maybe a strong vanilla flavour would have been great! It was kinda bland but the shell totally made up for it.

I would definitely buy this again :)
