Overall Rating: 4/5
Summary: tastes like coconut cake/sugar cake (a Caribbean sweet snack made with sugar, coconut, and spices). I don't know what it is, but this tastes perfectly spicy and coconutty. It is medium sweet and has a complex texture with the toasted coconut, almonds, brown rice, and syrup. I would definitely buy this again and do recommend it!
Where to buy: Shopper's Drug Mart, Fortinos, Bulk Barn, Costco, Highland Farms, Metro, Wal-Mart, Wanigan
Ingredients: Toasted coconut*, almonds*, agave nectar*, brown rice syrup*, whole grain crisp brown rice*, sunflower oil blend* (sunflower oil*, mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract*), cold pressed lemon oil*, agar.

Ooo very nice ingredients...simple and organic. The nutritional profile is good. The calories are a tad high for the small amount of protein. I would prefer at least 5g for 200 calories. But, there are healthy fats, very low sodium, and a nice dose of fiber.
