Review of 'KIND Healthy Snacks' Cashew & Ginger Spice

KIND Healthy Snacks -- Cashew & Ginger Spice (not vegan)
Overall Rating: 4.5/5
Summary: wow, gingery and spicy galore...flavours very true to the name. It's mildly sweetened. This is a fantastic bar, with simple ingredients and a very nutritious nutritional profile (high fiber and protein, healthy fats, etc.). I highly recommend this bar and the brand's commitment to social initiatives.

Where to buy: Bulk Barn, Pharma Plus

Ingredients: Cashews, almonds, peanuts, chicory root fiber, honey, non GMO glucose, crisp rice, ginger, sugar, spices, soy lecithin.
