Overall rating: 3/5
Summary: authentic flavour; very nice mixed with cheese in my opinion; crunchy texture. The ingredients aren't so impressive; whole grains would have been ideal. I would not buy this brand again because the nutritional profile also sucks (less than 1g of fiber and only 1g of protein; mostly of empty calories) and the brand itself has little to boast about in terms of social and environmental initiatives.
Where to buy: Costco, Whole Foods, Walmart
Ingredients: enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whole wheat flour, vegetable oil (canola oil, sunflower oil, rosemary extract), grains (yellow corn grits, oats, wheat bran, ferrous sulfate), seasoning (spices, poppy seeds, dehydrated onions, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, canola oil), evaporated cane sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, natural enzymes.

These ingredients are not at all impressive. There's only enriched wheat flour, no whole grains (explains the lack of fiber). The nutritional profile is pretty crummy as well. There's 70 calories for 2 crackers and only 1g of protein and less than 1g of fiber! There are little nutrients so this aint worth my time.
