Summary: well, they described it as having a 'lemon zing' and would you know, it really does! It has a fantastic, thin icing coating on one side that actually works really well. It isn't too sweet and makes the bar taste like a glazed lemon cake. The bar is fairly thick, so with each bite you get a good ricey, crispy chew. It's a medium-sweet bar, but somehow it feels like you're eating a dessert. No lie! I highly recommend this flavour, especially for those who are skeptical of lemon flavoured sweets.

So, the ingredients are clean and healthy as per the organic designation. The calorie count is good for the nutrition it provides *and* for how delicious it is. I'm happiest with the 9g protein, 20% vitamin A and C, and 35% calcium. There's also a solid amount of iron, but I usually have no problems meeting my iron needs.
