Summary: alright, this is a peanut butter for true peanut butter lovers. The peanut flavour is deep and rich. It's perfectly smooth and creamy. I had it with a slightly sweet bread and...my goodness...delicious. I highly recommend this peanut butter brand!

This is a typical calorie-count for a tbsp of natural peanut butter. The calories begin to add up as the ingredients are added. In this instance, there's only 1 ingredient--peanuts! Thus, you get the leanest peanut butter out there. One serving gives you 8g of (healthy) fat and 4g of protein.
I like to make a whole grain avocado-peanut butter sandwich or banana-peanut butter sandwich, which adds extra fiber, protein and vitamins and makes for a really wholesome meal/snack. Enjoy!
