Review of 'Morningstar Farms" Hickory BBQ Riblets

MorningStar Farms -- Hickory BBQ Riblets (vegan)
Overall Rating: 3/5
Summary: very sweet, smoky flavour; it has one of the most authentic textures of any faux meat I've ever tried. I used this to make a pita wrap with veggies and it was delicious. I would not recommend this product because of the use of GMOs and artificial colours, both of which are linked to adverse health impacts.

Can't lie, this was pretty delicious and has a really nice nutrition profile. It's low-calorie, high fiber and protein, and low in bad fats. However, it is high in sodium and uses artificial ingredients (caramel colour) and genetically modified ingredients, so you decide what's important. I will not buy this again.
