Summary: mmmm wow! This is super carrot cakey, packed with authentic flavours of carrot, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweet cream cheesey frosting. I like the rice crisps texture and that it's super dense and filling. The only thing I can think about to make it better is more raisins. Points deducted for non-organically sourced soy-based ingredients.

The nutritional profile is very good, with 9g of protein and 5g of fiber and a whole bunch of vitamins and minerals. The calories are up there with the sugars, but man is this delicious.
