Overall Rating: 4/5
Summary: mmm milky, creamy, perfection. It's very light and fresh and the mild soybean flavour is really nice. It's one of my 'go-to' milks for my cereals because of the great nutritional profile. The brand is great (read impressive details below) and GMO-free. The only ingredients that may be cause of some concern is carrageenan, said to be linked to gastrointestinal health issues and colon cancer.
Where to buy: Fortinos, Bulk Bar, Longos
Ingredients: Organic Soymilk (Filtered Water, Whole Organic Soybeans), Carrageenan, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor.

At just 80 cals, there's a whole lotta nutrition. It's low in saturated fat and sodium and has a great fiber and protein content. The boost of vitamin A and calcium is always a perk for me, as I don't tend to eat enough vitamin A-rich foods (e.g. sweet potato, carrots, greens) and calcium is something many women are lacking in.
