Overall Rating: 2/5
Summary: It's fresh and tasty, with slightly too much salt to be considered 'lighly salted', as indicated on the package. I simply cannot recommend this product for its inclusion of trans fats (partially hydrogenated oils), likely GMOs (e.g. soybean and canola oil) and BHT/BHA (linked to cancer). A better brand of nuts that can be found in Caribbean countries is Oskri (reviewed here). The ingredients are organic and wholesome.
Where to buy: stores in...the Caribbean!
Ingredients: cashew kernels, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and/or canola and/or palm olein and/or soybean oil, salt, BHT/BHA (antioxidant).

So, BHT/BHA is linked to cancer (read about it here and here) and partially hydrogenated ingredients are linked to increased "bad" cholesterol and decreased "good" cholesterol (read about it here), which increases the risk for heart disease.
There's a nice 6g of protein, but that's about all. For 195 calories, it's just not worth the health risks associated with the added trans fats and BHT/BHA. Pass, pass, pass on this snack.
