Summary: this bar is very light, very crisp, and very flavourful. I don't get as much of that pistachio flavour, though. It has a variety of flavours, incredible texture, and it's both tart and sweet. The ingredients are wholesome and it's gluten-free and vegan! I highly recommend this bar...I just have to find out where to buy it!

Absolutely great ingredients. Nothing to fear here. The nutritional profile is decent, with 4g of protein and 2g of fiber. I'd normally opt for more fibrous bars, but it's not bad.
