Review of 'Kashi' GOLEAN® Cereal Crisp! Cinnamon Crumble

Kash -- GOLEAN® Cereal Crisp! Cinnamon Crumble (vegan)
Overall Rating: 3/5
Summary: sure, it's high in fiber and protein, but it's also kinda high in sugar and isn't *that* great. I am a cinnamon fan, so I did enjoy this cereal. But having said that, I've had better :p The cinnamon flavour was definitely present and the cereal is lightly sweet. There are wheat sticks that soften with milk, which complements the crispy crumbles. I wouldn't buy this cereal again. It's pretty average and the brand (owned by Kellogg) has been against the non-GMO project, so I am definitely not a fan.

Where to buy: Fortinos, Shopper's Drug Mart

Well, if I didn't know that the ingredients contained genetically modified organisms, I would have had only minor issues with the sugar content. However, knowing that this product contains GMOs, I cannot recommend it.
