Overall Rating: 4.5/5
Summary: I'm really happy that this beverage is fortified with vitamin A and calcium, since I'm normally lacking those on a daily basis. I especially appreciate that the ingredients are so simple and it's very low-calorie. It is the perfect compliment to sweet foods, like cereals, cookies, cake, etc. :) It would also be great for cooking (especially diabetic-friendly baking). Actually, this is the first unsweetened non-dairy milk I've ever liked enough to drink it often on its own! It's sweet almondy smell actually enhances the taste. I love this.

Well, there's not much to the ingredients, so I'm quite happy about that. The only issue is the slightly higher sodium content for a non-dairy milk. Other than that, the nutritional profile is decent. Although it doesn't have the protein content that a soy milk would have, the vitamin A and calcium compensate this quite nicely. It's super low-calorie and low in saturated fat. So...enjoy to your heart's content :)
