Overall Rating: 4/5
Summary: chocolatey!...but just not enough peanut butter flavour for my liking. I love the thick chocolate coating typical of Builder's Bars and the crunchy wafer inner. It's very sweet and filling as well. The biggest downside to the nutritional profile is low fiber (only 2g). As for the ingredients, most are organic, but the one that arguably is most important, soy, is not (read about the link between soy and deforestation here).

Pretty good ingredients list, except for the non-organic soy. The nutritional profile is quite good; there's a ton of protein for 280 calories, but would have been better with at least 4g of fiber for the calorie count...2g isn't cutting it.
